Venom Motorsports USA selects the carrier and shipping method appropriate for the order. Complete vehicles commonly travel by LTL freight; parts and smaller items may ship by parcel carrier.

Shipping destinations and charges

Standard vehicle shipping is free within the lower 48 U.S. states. Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other destinations require a separate quote and confirmation. Special delivery conditions, inaccessible locations, storage or redelivery may involve additional charges.

International delivery is arranged individually. Contact sales with the exact model and destination before ordering. International customers may arrange collection in Anaheim, California, or use a freight forwarder within the lower 48 states. Free lower 48 shipping does not include onward international transport, import charges or customs requirements.

Carrier transit and delivery appointments

Carrier transit starts after pickup and varies by origin, destination, carrier and conditions. Processing and transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. After dispatch, use the tracking details and contact the carrier to arrange or confirm the delivery window.

Arrange to be present to inspect the shipment and sign the carrier’s delivery receipt. Standard vehicle freight delivery is curbside at the accessible ground level point confirmed with the carrier, unless a different service has been expressly confirmed. Do not assume inside delivery, placement in a garage, stair service, unpacking or assembly is included. Confirm access and any special requirements before ordering.

Delivery normally occurs during the carrier’s weekday operating hours. Missed appointments or additional delivery attempts may result in carrier fees payable by the customer.

Inspecting a shipment and reporting damage

Inspect the crate and packaging before signing. Photograph visible damage and record it on the delivery receipt. If the shipment is refused because of visible damage, record that reason on the receipt and contact our team promptly.

Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery to help@venommotorsportsusa.com. Include the order number, VIN or model, photos of the packaging and damage, and the delivery receipt where available. Damage claims and replacement requests are reviewed under the applicable shipping and warranty terms. Missing delivery documentation may affect a carrier claim. This process does not limit rights required by applicable law.

Processing before shipment

Processing is the time needed to prepare an order before carrier pickup. It is separate from carrier transit time.

• 80 or 90 percent assembled vehicle: allow 2 to 3 business days.
• Full assembly, inspection and testing: allow 4 to 6 business days.
• Parts: allow 1 to 3 business days.

These are estimates for available inventory and may vary with the product, assembly option and order volume. Review any product specific preorder or availability information before ordering. Tracking is emailed after shipment; carrier scans may take 24 to 48 hours after pickup to appear.

Rush Processing

Rush Processing, when available and purchased, prioritizes order preparation before carrier pickup. It is separate from expedited carrier service and does not guarantee next day delivery or a particular arrival date.

• Eligible 80 or 90 percent assembled vehicles: allow 1 business day for preparation.
• Full assembly, inspection and testing: allow 2 to 3 business days for preparation.

The cutoff for eligible orders is 4 PM Eastern time. Availability, payment completion, stock and the selected services affect processing. Contact our team before ordering if a particular delivery deadline is important.

Availability and delays

Prices, colors, models and availability may change. We work to keep storefront information current, but availability must be confirmed for the specific order.

If an ordered item is unavailable or a shipping estimate changes, our team will communicate the issue and applicable options. Any materially different substitute requires the customer’s agreement. Where applicable law requires a choice between agreeing to a shipping delay and cancelling for a refund, those rights apply.

Assembly, registration and returns
